At Anna Lou of London, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Anna Lou of London packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include your printed return form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send your package back to our London studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
